I can’t remember where or when I first heard this song, but it was so good I played it five times. The first time I saw the video I thought, “What the heck did I just see?” I can only assume my brain had been beaten to a pulp with the oversimplification of Kardashian-like thought processes that I had missed the organ donation symbology.

After watching the video a second time.. and maybe a third as well… a huge, “Oh!” escaped me. The video is a breath of fresh air. Thanks, Lew. I appreciate the different dimension going on here. The world isn’t always about us and our losses, despite the song tapping every frayed nerve.
Sometimes a bitter loss is … a blessing.
